At Brighton Cookery School we are passionate about making sustainable choices, from the ingredients we use to the suppliers we work with.
Our hugely popular Hedgerow & Forest Foraging classes are an ideal way to educate yourself on just what your surroundings can offer in the way of free and environmentally friendly ingredients.
Our sessions run from May-October and depending on the season you can expect to find anything from wild garlic, wild berries, nettles, mushrooms or even partake in a spot of sea foraging! Our knowledgeable chef will then teach you the best way to make the very most of your foraged goodies back at the cookery school where you’ll create a delicious meal before you sit back and relax in our dining area to enjoy the fruits of your labour!
We can also offer foraging experiences for private groups, whether its for a team building session or a hen party with a difference, we would be very happy to create a bespoke option to suit you!
