Executive Chef Patron: Messa Ben
Messa Ben is a formally trained highly skilled professional chef with a passion for cooking innovative and tasty cuisine. Hailing from the Pyrenees region in France, Messa has from a young age been passionate about food and its origins; he has worked in both Paris and London’s finest restaurants incorporating varying cooking styles and flavours.
Executive Chef: Victor
Born in Madrid, Victor graduated from the prestigious School of Hospitality in Seville “ESHS” before working for years in various restaurants throughout Spain, some of them with a Michelin star (Casa Gerardo, Zuberoa and Taberna del Alabardero). After a season of travelling and learning about different cuisines, he dedicated himself to teaching and was the head chef of the “Taller Andaluz de Cocina” school in Seville for 7 years. He is now the executive chef at Brighton Cookery School, where he enjoys sharing his knowledge by teaching many different types of cuisines, attending private events and designing new workshops.

A mechanical engineer turned marketer, Suryadev Prakas has a taste for good quality and an ardent passion for the kitchen. His friendly smile and warm demeanour will ensure your time with us feels fun and relaxed.
